You have climbed the corporate ladder expeditiously and consistently been successful in your career, but now that you’ve “arrived” you could be struggling with the dreaded imposter syndrome. You may be thinking, where do I start; what if my team doesn’t accept me; or, how do I manage up and down at the same time? Do not worry. Your determination combined with my guidance will make all the new challenges easier and see you thriving in no time.
I, too, was once a new leader and remember how overwhelming it can be to coach a team for the first time. This is why I am so passionate about walking alongside you to develop new skills and enhance your capabilities.
